CalcuWise

A Bangalore-based financial advisory firm had the expertise — 14+ years of it, across manufacturing, engineering, and e-commerce. What it didn't have was a digital presence that matched. We built the website, the brand system, and the company and service booklets that now open every client conversation.

The Problem

Deep expertise. No digital front door.

CalcuWise had everything a growing advisory firm needs — years of hands-on experience, a network of chartered accountants, and a founder who could sit across the table from a manufacturing CEO and speak their language. What it didn't have was any of this visible online.

Three gaps were holding the firm back:

  • No website worth sharing. When a prospect asked "where can I learn more?", there was no link to send. Every new business conversation started from zero — no way to demonstrate credibility before the first meeting.
  • No brand system. Proposals, presentations, and social posts each looked different. The firm was competing with established CA practices and audit firms — and it looked younger than it was.
  • No shareable documents. The firm's service catalogue lived in the founder's head. When a prospect asked for details on CFO advisory or compliance support, there was nothing to hand over. No leave-behind, no one-pager, no way to be remembered after the meeting ended.

The brief was simple to state and hard to execute: give us the digital presence of a firm that's been doing this for fifteen years.

Part One — Website

A site that does the first sales call.

Most financial advisory websites read like a list of services. The prospect leaves knowing what you do but not whether you're any good. We built CalcuWise's site around a different question: why should a business owner trust this firm with their numbers?

The answer, it turned out, was three things — the founder's specific experience, the partner network, and the way the firm talks about money. All three became central to the site.

Services Structure

CFO advisory, accounting, compliance, HR solutions, and strategic advisory — each as its own page with a clear scope, engagement model, and who it's for. A manufacturing CEO and a D2C founder land on the same site and each finds the entry point that matches their need.

Founder-Led Positioning

The founder's 14+ years across manufacturing, engineering, and e-commerce became the site's core credibility asset. Prospects meet Preetham before they meet the firm — which is how referrals actually work in this industry.

Partner Network Visibility

The partnership with Sathish Hebbar and Co. (Chartered Accountants) is called out explicitly — statutory audits, tax audits, group reporting, certifications. It signals capability beyond what a single-founder OPC could claim alone.

Client Testimonials

Three named testimonials from manufacturers and tech founders — with company names, not "— A Satisfied Client". Named references carry ten times the weight of anonymous ones in B2B services.

Blog & Thought Leadership

A blog section seeded with practical posts — funding options for startups, virtual CFO services, data analytics for finance teams. Gives the founder a place to publish what he already says in client meetings, and gives the site a reason to be revisited.

Lead Capture

A single, prominent enquiry path. Rather than scattering contact forms across every page, the site funnels every visitor to one clearly stated next step — "tell us what you're trying to solve." Simpler for the visitor, cleaner pipeline for the firm.

Part Two — Digital Presence

Show up everywhere a prospect might look.

A website alone doesn't build a digital presence. When someone hears about CalcuWise and searches for them, they should find a consistent, active, credible footprint — not a single page and a stale LinkedIn profile.

Search Presence

Pages written to answer the searches a business owner actually types — "virtual CFO services Bangalore", "GST compliance for manufacturers", "outsourced accounting for startups". The site now appears when someone is actively looking for the service, not just when they already know the firm's name.

LinkedIn Activity

The founder's LinkedIn presence was already strong but disconnected from the firm's website. We made them reinforce each other — posts link to blog articles, the website links back to the founder's profile, and the brand voice carries across both.

Google Business Profile

For a services firm in a specific city, the Google Business Profile is often the first touchpoint. We set up and optimised it — categories, service areas, business description — so the firm appears in local search results with the correct information.

Referral-Ready Links

Every service page has a clean, shareable URL and a short link for WhatsApp. A satisfied client can now forward "calcuwise.net/cfo-advisory" to a peer in three seconds — which is how advisory firms actually win new business.

Part Three — Branding & Digital Booklets

The documents that close the room.

In professional services, the meeting usually ends with someone saying "could you send me something?" Until now, CalcuWise had nothing to send. We built two digital booklets — one for the company, one for the services — plus a visual system that ties everything together.

Company Profile Booklet

A polished, branded PDF that introduces the firm — founder background, philosophy, partner network, industries served, and the engagement model. Designed to be read on a phone, in five minutes, by someone deciding whether to take a second meeting.

Service Profile Booklet

A service-by-service breakdown: what each offering includes, what a typical engagement looks like, deliverables, and who it's suited for. This replaced the founder's verbal descriptions with something the client can review at their own pace and share with their board.

Visual Identity System

A defined colour palette, typography pairing, logo usage rules, and layout guidelines. Applied consistently across the website, the booklets, the pitch decks, and the founder's LinkedIn graphics — so the firm looks like one firm, everywhere it appears.

What Changed

From "who are you?" to "I'll send you our profile."

1

Link that now replaces the entire first conversation — calcuwise.net

2

Digital booklets doing the follow-up work after every meeting

1

Consistent brand across website, booklets, LinkedIn, and pitch decks

The founder now sends the website link before the first call and the service booklet after it. Prospects arrive at meetings having already read the material — which changes what the meeting is about. Less time explaining what the firm does. More time on the actual problem.

Our website was built as per needs of the customers we serve. Their expertise in development field is really good. Definitely recommend Nistive.
